Once your item(s) are received, refunds are typically processed within 10 days.

• Products that have been significantly used.
• Returns on partial sets.
• Returns or exchanges from unauthorized Pepelyn retailers.

Please see the current production schedule as this fluctuates based on order volume. All orders under 1lb are shipping USPS first class. We are locating in Chicago IL, and it usually takes 1-3 days in transit depending on where you are establishing in the US. If you would like your order expedited, please convo us, and we will work through the details.
